An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) allows employers to provide tax-free reimbursement to employees for health insurance and other qualified medical expenses. This model of employer-sponsored health insurance is still relatively new, so you may not be very familiar with it quite yet. Thankfully, the ICHRA training module is available on Jarvis to help you become a better resource for consumers who are utilizing ICHRA for their Marketplace coverage.
